How to apply He-Shi Rapid 1 Hour Liquid:

• Step 1 - Drop some liquid onto your He-Shi Tanning Mitt
• Step 2 - Massage into dry skin in long, even strokes
• Step 3 - Leave on for 1–4 hours, depending on your desired depth of colour (1 hour for medium, 2-3 hours for dark, 3-4 hours for ultra-dark)
